Senior Operations Baker
Naomi Weekes, owner, senior operations baker and author of Healthy Juices and Smoothies Recipe Book, has been an All-Natural, Organic Baker for over 22 years. 3 years ago she realized the demand for gluten-free foods is growing as more people are being diagnosed with Celiac disease and other types of gluten sensitivity. Through determination and spunk, Naomi began a comprehensive research on the practical aspects of Celiac disease; immune reaction (s) to eating gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and rye.
With acquired knowledge about ingredients and added perspectives on diet, Naomi began creating some delicious gluten free baked goods; and the responses to her products have been “off the charts” leading to the expansion of Bread 4 Life Bakery.
Many not only enjoys her breads and muffins but finds it easy to communicate with her; sharing their perceptions of what having Celiac disease means and ultimately transitioning to a healthier lifestyle.
While Naomi’s researches are ongoing for the benefit of each customer and her team, she believes “experience is the best teacher”; is readily available to share her wisdom and delivers nothing but her best.
